This high-speed dispensing machine features automatic identification, a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, high speed and precise dispensing, and is not limited by factory air pressure. Dispensing Machine Efficiency: This high-speed line-following dispensing machine can achieve a maximum line speed of 7 meters per minute, with a single dispensing valve dispensing 10 times per second.
Dispensing Machine Accuracy: Minimum dispensing volume is 0.002 grams, and all dots can be adjusted to be perfectly consistent. Three-way adjustment: pressure adjustment, time adjustment, and physical adjustment.
Dispensing Machine Air Pressure: The supply air pressure can fluctuate freely between 0.4 MPa and 0.7 MPa. A built-in pressure boosting and compensation device ensures stable air pressure.
Glue Dispensing Valve: Suitable for both oil-based and white glues. Our independently developed high-speed tungsten carbide dispensing valve features a tungsten carbide valve core and precision-machined glue-scraping seals, offering a lifespan 10-20 times longer than ordinary valves.
Identification and Dispensing Functions: Dispenses glue to fully transparent boxes, fully transparent film-coated boxes, and opaque boxes. Suitable for paper, plastic, and shell-type containers. Also suitable for multi-fold boxes exceeding 500mm in length.
Teaching and Memory Functions: Equipped with a CNC precision teaching handwheel, making product replacement simpler and faster. Laser pointing ensures precise positioning and rapid teaching, offering a completely user-friendly interface.
